Barrier-free rooms
- We regret that our hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the structural conditions in all room categories and our location on the high bank.
Pets & smoking in the hotel
- Please understand that your beloved pet will not be allowed to holiday with us.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the rooms or restaurant.
- An ashtray can be placed on the balcony of your room upon request.
Car park & charging facilities for your electric car
- Junior Suite with panoramic Sea view and Comfort Rooms get a parking space at the hotel
- All other room categories have complimentary parking approximately 3 minutes walk (approx. 300m) from the hotel.
- We have two charging points for electric cars (BEV)
E-Bike
- We have a special area for guests to park and charge their e-bikes.
Cancellation conditions
- Room reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival.
- ICancellations between 14 and 0 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 80% of the cost of your stay.
- We charge 100% for early departure and no-shows..
